Study on Grinding Force of Two-Dimensional Ultrasonic Vibration Grinding 2.5D-C/SiC Composite Material

The grinding force is an important index during the process, which affects surface quality and other aspects after machining. However, research on of ceramic matrix composites assisted by two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration-assisted very weak. In this paper, impact relationship between critical cutting depth maximum undeformed chip thickness removal mode was analyzed. On basis, model were developed for ductile brittle removal, respectively. Finally, correctness verified, parameters experimental results show that compared with conventional force, vibration decreases obviously. When feed rate increase, increases. velocity amplitude decreases. Compared value, average relative error normal 8.49%, tangential 13.59%. theoretical values have a good fitting relationship.
